A specialist in enterprise architecture, platform modernization, digital transformation, payments engineering, and product development, he has led multi-million-dollar programs across the fintech ecosystem—including POS systems, payment gateways, UPI platforms, settlement & fund transfer engines, loyalty platforms, credit card systems, and digital lending solutions. Renowned for his people leadership, Mr. Verma has set up and mentored high-performing cross-functional teams, managed global engineering collaborations, and worked with leading banks, enterprises, and technology partners such as HDFC, ICICI, Kotak, RBL, Adani, Reliance, Walmart, DMart, Fiserv, DZ Card, and many others.

She has successfully enabled clients to transition from onsite and remote HR support to independent, stable in-house HR operations. Ramya holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and a Postgraduate degree in HR from the International School of Business and Media, Pune. She carries extensive experience in HR consulting for companies entering India or expanding globally, and has also partnered closely with startup CEOs on strategic initiatives. Beyond her professional achievements, Ramya is deeply connected to nature. Gardening is one of her passions, and she often prefers working from her garden—drawing inspiration and calmness from her natural surroundings.
